"The second weekend of our Hi-Files Show 2009 was held October 3 and 4. Visitors had the opportunity to listen to an Audio Note Level 3 system and personally meet Mr. Peter Qvortrup who was kind enough to spend some time in Belgrade and host the presentation. We made a video interview with Mr. Qvortrup and will publish it on our website in a few days. Visitors also had a chance to listen to a Quad system with their electrostatic ESL-2905 and ESL-2805 models. Our domestic manufacturer Dayens promoted a new version of their Classic Duo floorstanding loudspeakers powered by their own Ecstasy 4 SE pre/power amp but also showed their small system which includes the Ampino amplifier and Tizo bookshelf speakers. An Epson EH-TW3000 video projector with home cinema system was an excellent solution to create a good atmosphere by reproducing live concerts and movie trailers. One room pumped up the volume with brands like Wharfedale, JBL and Harman Kardon. Last but not the least was a new Serbian brand called Beyond Frontiers Audio. They demonstrated their integrated Crystal Tulip amplifier with built-in USB DAC."

The rooms of this second installment of the show were hosted by BGB Studio (Harman Kardon, JBL, Infinity, Wharfedale), Lasernet (Audio Note), Dayens, Neofyton (Quad), BS procesor (Epson) and Beyond Frontiers Audio.

Clearly the show organizers of the Hi-Files events are doing their bit to promote our hobby and spread awareness of high-performance hifi brands amongst the populace in Serbia. What more could one ask?
